I bought my Tinker Bell Neclace in 2009. I have looked after it, bought the cloth and polished every time I took it off. Today I went to Braehead Shopping Centre Glasgow to see if they could put a new chain on it, which I offered to pay. They said they could not do that and could not replace it. I am really disappointed as I have a lot of jewellery and ornaments which I am very proud of, I really love them. In future I will be getting my friends and family stop buying me jewellery and go to another jewellers and buy silver or white gold. I will be advising others to avoid buying swarovski jewellery as they will be as disappointed as I am with the aftercare. The number of the item is903718
@Dorothy Campbell - Sorry to hear of your problems. Having been into many Swarovski boutiques the service for us has always been far beyond our expectations.
As for the repair, have you contacted the Swarovski customer service team? We are not sure whether local stores are equipped to carry out repairs but perhaps an email to the UK head office via their website might prove more fruitful.
